Founded in 1938, The Bronx High School of Science is a New York City public specialized high school offering a college-preparatory STEM curriculum to over 3,000 students in grades 9–12. Our signature programs in research, advanced mathematics, and computer science prepare students for success in top universities and beyond.
We believe in fostering a community where diverse perspectives and intellectual risk-taking are celebrated. From our 28 AP courses to our award-winning robotics team, Bronx Science students don’t just learn science—they live it.
