Founded in 1992, the High School for Environmental Studies empowers students in grades 9–12 to become environmental leaders through rigorous academics and hands-on learning. Our signature sustainability programs integrate science, policy, and community action.
We believe in fostering a culturally responsive community where every student thrives. From urban farming to college prep, HSES prepares graduates to tackle real-world environmental challenges.
