Founded in 1986, Frances E. Carter School is a tight-knit 3K–8 public school in Bushwick, Brooklyn. We offer dual-language classrooms, inclusion programs, and a growth-mindset culture that helps every student tackle real-world challenges and grow their intelligence.
Our mission is to empower students to make choices that positively impact their lives in high school, college, and beyond. We believe in hard work as the key to achievement, and that all students are capable of success—no exceptions.
