About Our School
Where every student finds their voice.
Founded in 2003, High School for Public Service serves grades 9–12 with a mission to develop academic and social skills for active community participation. Our three academies—Legal, Medical Science, and Urban Farming—prepare students for college and careers through hands-on learning and real-world service projects.
We believe education extends beyond the classroom. Through community-based partnerships, sports teams, and after-school programs, students build leadership skills while making a tangible impact in Brooklyn and beyond.
