About Our School
Where every student thrives.
Founded in 1993, the High School for Health Careers and Sciences prepares students in grades 9–12 for college and careers in medicine, nursing, and allied health fields through rigorous academics and real-world clinical experiences.
We believe in overcoming barriers together—partnering with families, Catholic Charities, and local hospitals to create a village that supports every child’s success.

Health Science Pathway
A four-year sequence of courses in anatomy, physiology, and medical ethics, culminating in clinical internships at local hospitals and nursing homes.
