About Our School

Where service meets scholarship .

Founded in 2004, High School for Service & Learning at Erasmus serves grades 9–12 with a unique model that integrates academic excellence and hands-on service learning. Our students don’t just study history—they make it through real-world projects that strengthen our Brooklyn community.

We believe education should be as dynamic as the city around us. From internships with local nonprofits to college-level coursework, our programs are designed to ignite curiosity, build character, and prepare students for success beyond graduation.
