About Our School
Where adventure meets learning.
Founded in 2007, Marsh Avenue Expeditionary Learning School serves grades 6–8 with a signature expeditionary model that turns classrooms into real-world explorations—from ecology competitions to antiracist murals.
We believe learning happens best when students lead, whether they’re designing apps to track deer populations or singing at community events. Our Staten Island neighborhood is our classroom, and every child’s curiosity is our compass.
